The project is implemented by an interdisciplinary project team consisting of researchers from four institutions: Technical University of Denmark (DTU), University of Aalborg (AAU), Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and The National Research Centre of Working Environment (NFA). The aim is to integrate the latest research in management research, knowledge work, learning at work and psicological working environment. It is the ambition of the project that this interdisciplinary approach can contribute to new insights about stress prevention, both theoretically and in relation to specific interventions.
