About the project

The project runs from september 2011 to september 2013 and consists of three parts: the design part, the aplication / development part, and the analytical part.

In the development part, we focus on a specific section in four different enterprises. With support from the researchers of the project, each department has to develop specific preventive interventions in a 6-9 month period of time on the basis of organizational and managerial changes. Through this they are supposed to gain knowledge about opportunities and barriers in the process as well as the role of internal actors, competence needs and challenges.
