In the project the development is about getting the four enterprises started by working with the context-specific factors that may affect the employees either to feel enthusiastic or strained by their work. It is precisely the aim of the project to uncover the circumstances of the organizational context, which at the same time can have an exhilarating and straining impact on employees. To identify these elements in each enterprise, so that the enterprises can work with them, we will use a Fish-bone method and subsequently af History workshop. It is being used for three different groups in each enterprise - one for managers, one for employees and one for collaboration and / or the health and safety committee.
After the mentioned workshops the enterprises will continue working, while the research team follows the process by continuously interviewing and participating in meetings organized by the enterprises. In addition three experience seminars are planned for the enterprises.
